Giovanni was found wandering the streets by a good Samaritan who took him in and then contacted us for help. Our vet noticed that he was already neutered, so it's apparent that he was once someone's baby. And that is just what he is – a big baby who loves to sit on your lap and cuddle. He is not too thrilled with the many other cats and big dogs in his foster home, and while he tolerates his new brothers and sisters, he would prefer a home with just a few other cats or a dog or two.



Please note that Giovanni has been exposed to FIV virus. Providing a good home to an FIV-positive cat is no different than providing a good home to any cat, although you should be extra sensitive to any symptoms of illness. The cat simply stays strictly indoors and has limited contact with non-positive cats(as long as there is no intense fighting the virus will not be transmitted - it cannot be transmitted by sharing food bowls, litter boxes, etc.). A good diet, lots of love and attention, and Giovanni will be the happiest cat in the world
