Hi Sherrie,
I know you talked to Stacy and got an update, but I wanted to follow up with another one. Bullet is doing great. He's very smart and good natured. Accidents are few and far between at this point. With the right motivation (treats!), he learns very quickly. Bullet and Rae are trying to work out whether it's going to be a love or hate relationship, but everyday they get a little closer to each other and are slowly becoming comfortable with each other's presence.
We took Bullet in to Cherokee a couple of weeks ago for the wellness check. Vet gave him a clean bill of health. Bullet's hair is starting to come in on the bare spot on his side. His cough seems to be improving, but it's slow going on the front.
Stacy already has several pictures of Bullet. I will try to remember to follow-up with a couple.
Thanks again for your assistance in helping us adopt a new member into our family.
Take care,
Kirby
Prince Charles
Virginia,
I just wanted to let you know how Charlie is doing. See the attached photo....he is the greatest. We run about 8 miles a day and he is a great watch dog. All of them get along now too. Thanks for helping me find him.

"My new mom really likes me, she keeps giving me kisses and I in turn give her kisses back.
The ride home in the car went well, I had the entire back seat to myself, and I can even stretch my head and reach the console from the back seat! I kept fighting sleep, I was exhausted, so have been enjoying getting rested. Mom got me some spray for my skin. She has sprayed me down with this stuff for my itching, and though I don't like the spray, Tea Tree Oil makes me sleep after it soaks in. I had some bloody spots on my paw and neck this morning from scratching so much in the night, but I slept on a flannel padded bed in my kennel right next to her bed and she gave me a blanket for pillow. Monday, I will meet my new vet; Dr. Rokey at Foxwood Animal Center. Mom has walked me down the street 3 times already, has played ball w/me outside. I showed her not only can I sit and lay down but can catch treats (that I found on my own in a container in the Living Room ) in mid air! She was really impressed, she kept saying 'good boy". We finished my last dose of medicine this morning in wet food...yummy. My tail goes like a propellor when she talks to me while I am eating. I hope she keeps that up, but probably not since I will only eating at night I think. She had an old ball outside, but even though it was cracked, I loved playing fetch and showing my abilities off the leash in the back yard, it is a really big fenced in yard...yahoo! She thinks I jump like a deer, but I'm just so happy. We took a trip to the store, and I waited in the back seat and was praised when she came out, since I behaved very well. I haven't met my dog neighbors, but I have met our walking buddy Trudy who owns 2 beagles. She sat on the floor and petted me with her sweatshirt arms, and I was in heaven, I even fell asleep in her arms and was dreaming. She just kept saying how sweet I was, so she will is one of my new favorite friends. My mom got lots of calls last night asking about me and it sounds like I will meet more new friends this next week I'm sure. I got my picture taken, so am sending you my first morning pic. Oh yeah, I tried to get up on the bed twice, but I think she has decided to just give me lots of warm rugs to lay on instead. I bet she will change her mind" (wiggle, wiggle) :- We stayed home from church, but are going to go for a ride soon to deliver a check, and meet my new church friends. I hear they really liked Jo-jo, so I will do my best to win them over. I'm hoping to stop at the Park on the way home."
Thank you for keeping and saving me til Jill & I could be a 'match'. Will write soon-Jack (Cash)

Hi Virginia,
I just wanted to let you know (please pass this on to Sherry), that Raegan has already begun to settled down in her new home. Our two cats think she is just fine, Max loves her, and Greg and I already love her too. She is so sweet and smart. We are all having a lot of fun getting to know each other. She has found her forever home. Thank you so much.

Evelyn
Tracey - sending an update on Evelyn. She turned one in April and I will have had her one year in October. She loves to go out back with Abby in the evenings. She wears a harness attached to a clothes line cord. Took her awhile to get use to the weight of the hook but it doesn't slow her down when chasing bugs. She still tries to sneak up on the birds at the feeder and can't figure out what gives her away.
She tolerates Abby chasing her and even provokes Abby in doing so. Her favorite game is to run into the bathroom and jump into the bathtub because she knows Abby won't follow her there. She has her moods at night as to whether she wants to sleep with Abby and me - or if she wants to play and be in her own room. I can usually tell by her mood prior to going to bed if she will be playful or ready to sleep.
She also loves to explore the mud room just off of the dining room. She cries to go out into the room and will stay out there for the longest time completely content to be by herself. I think she likes it because it is the way out to the backyard and there are grass and bugs that get in from the garage and yard.
She is quite independent but has her moments when she wants affection. It is usually in the mornings and when I get home in the evenings. She has a habit of flinging herself at my feet when she wants to be petted. I have to be careful not to step on her because she has no regard for where my feet are.
She is a delightful addition to the Tompkins family and I am so thankful you pointed her out that day Abby and I came by Petco. I hope you and yours are well. Blessings - Dori, Abby, and Evelyn Tompkins
